Bazigha has painted for many years, utilizing a wide range of mediums and subject matter. Most recently, her work in the area of Islamic art has strived to utilize the ancient and beautiful artform of Arabic calligraphy with a modern edge. June 19th, 2010: Bazigha's Paintings will be showing at IMAN's Takin it to the Streets, Urban International Festival in Chicago Illinois. It is free to attend and will be held at Marquette Park from 9am-9pm.
July 2nd- 5th: Bazigha's Paintings will have a booth at the grand bazaar of the annual ISNA convention. The 47th annual convention will be held at the Rosemont Convention Center in Chicago, IL this year. Please stop by booth #531 and say hello!
